🌞 €900k Bridging Loan in the South of France 🌞



Interbridge has arranged a €900k bridging loan for a Villa located in the lovely town of Vence, France and valued at €1.7 million.


The borrower's existing loan was approaching its due date and they required funds to settle a tax liability and provide time to market and sell a villa. We call this transitional solution “Bridge to Sale” which enables the client to create significant financial flexibility when cashflow is urgently needed.
